Julian Crawford is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant with over 30 years business experience. Julian originally studied zoology at Oxford University, England. He then worked internationally as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he became a Senior Manager and the National Technical & Training Manager for Australia.
Julian left the accountancy profession when he experienced firsthand the potential (and lifestyle) of the network marketing industry. He became a top distributor with network marketing company Sunrider International and built a downline spanning 15 countries and over 10,000 people. He was appointed to Sunrider’s Australian and Global Distributor Advisory Boards for several years. Julian is also a founding director of EcoSTEPS, an international sustainability management consultancy that partners with businesses to assist them realise their potential across the triple bottom line of people, planet and profit.

Dinesh Naidoo has been a successful entrepreneur from a very young age. He brings vast experience in the travel industry as owner of Serendipity Tours, a large, award winning and highly respected wholesale travel company. Dinesh was first elected Vice-President of the South African Travel Association in 2005 and continues that role today.
With over 49 trips to India from his native South Africa, Dinesh knows first-hand the thrills and excitement that travel offers. His business acumen and entrepreneurism, combined an intimate knowledge of the travel industry, bring incredible value to Lekker’s travel and lifestyle products.

Linda Bisset - Financial Controller / Associate Support Manager

Linda Bisset has over 20 years experience in the accounting industry. She has held positions at management level in various corporate companies and in different industries. She has wide experience in implementing new systems, and streamlining existing systems.
Linda has been involved in network marketing for the last ten years, and understands the industry very well. She was one of the first few people to achieve 2-star diamond status in the Lekker network. She is able to combine her accounting experience with her network marketing experience. She is a hardworking, organized and pro-active person and use these skills to continuously look for ways to streamline processes and do tasks more efficiently. She is the ideal person to oversee the support desk too, as she has been an associate herself, and understands the challenges that associates may face from time to time.
